- We make every effort to ensure that all personal information is as up-to-date and accurate as possible. You can contact us at any time and request corrections if you believe the information we hold about you is incorrect or incomplete. You have the right to request that we delete personal information we hold about you.
- We have security procedures and technology in place to protect personal information. We have protocols to prevent data loss, unauthorized access, and misuse of personal information we possess.
- We regularly delete unnecessary personal information from our systems, and information is stored only as long as necessary to provide you with the services you have requested and in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Information related to terminated memberships is retained for a maximum of five years.
- Please note that our website may contain links/references to other external websites that Framtiden i våre hender has no control over. FIVH is not responsible for how other websites handle privacy/confidentiality.
- When you sign one of our petitions, we may contact you to tell you more about our work and inform you about membership. In accordance with the Marketing Act, we check your information against the Central Marketing Exclusion Register (Reservasjonsregisteret). If you have opted out of direct marketing, we will not contact you, except for an email receipt confirming your signature.
- If you pay for membership, services, publications, or other items through a payment solution on Framtiden i våre hender's website, we will receive only limited information related to the transaction. Payments by credit card are processed through external certified providers, and personal information related to the payment transaction, such as card numbers, codes, and similar details, is not accessible to Framtiden i våre hender.
